This VERY fast, relatively large, pretty powerful rc racer was a bit more expensive than many, but this one is definitely worth the extra cost. First of all, it's very sturdy and looks like it will take a beating in rough terrain. Secondly, did I say fast? For under a hundred bucks you get a race car that accelerates and zips down the basketball court so fast I struggled to navigate. It's also powerful. If you quickly take off from a standing start the front end with pop up and it will be difficult to control at first. Once it gets going you will need a pretty large area, like a parking lot. It went from one end of the basketball court to the other end in about 3 seconds! That's around 20mph. I actually wish it had a "SLOW" setting on the hand controller as some do, when you don't need or want that speed. Although it's fast, it does well in rough terrain. The 4 wheel drive along with a powerful motor allows it to kind of "climb" over small rocks and dirt mounds. It comes with two large proprietary 2000mAh lithium batteries, which give you a total of about 45 minutes of fun before you need to recharge. I think this fast rc racer was designed to compete with similar cars costing twice as much. The higher quality build, as well as the fit and finish of the motor etc, shows through.

Got this for my son for Christmas, and so far we've been through 4 full batteries, lots of crashes, jumps, running into curbs, and it's holding up great. May consider getting a second one for myself.

This truck is very solid. Id goes through grass and yards with ease without overturning. It is very fast and stable on roads as well. This is definitely worth the $. The remote is full function with digital proportional steering. This means it only turns as much as you want and does not lose control at high speeds. It comes with (2) batteries. They take about an hour to charge and you get 20+ minutes of runtime. I have wrecked this truck several times at high speeds and it has taken no damage. High Quality!
