We received this truck as a gift for my son. The screws were fastened so tightly they were stripped in the process of taking it apart. I contacted the manufacture about the problem and within 2-3 emails they agreed to send us a completely new truck & controller! We received it within 2-3 days. My son loves this truck! I got this for my niece and we both absolutely love it! The car is sooooo cute, works as intended, and it is just so fun to play with. The toy arrived perfectly packaged, and it includes a rechargeable battery for the car. The front lights are extremely cool and the toy runs well of many different surfaces. The plastic quality is a bit on the cheap side, but not a big deal. We loved it and would definitely recommend
